From a first property to a platform for stewardship.
Terry began investing in real estate in 2007 with a property in Singapore. After saving through the US financial crisis, he acquired a US property in late 2011 and began expanding in Minnesota.
That experience now spans residential ownership, multifamily development, commercial and industrial property, operating businesses and carefully chosen partnerships.
2013–2017 · Development
From acquisition to the full life cycle.
Two Minnesota multifamily projects broadened the work into development, construction, management and ownership. Some units were retained and managed; others were sold as part of a deliberate portfolio strategy.
2018 onward · Broader assets
Commercial, industrial and operations.
The portfolio expanded into commercial property with established tenants, a Florida property, and partnership-held warehouse and manufacturing properties in Moorhead, MN and West Fargo, ND. The work also grew to include LT Parking, a 75-space truck and trailer parking operation.
Today · Partnerships
Experience carried forward.
Through Expat Connected Partners, Terry's work now includes relationships that provide liquidity to real-estate development projects. Latch Co. brings that experience together for the next stage of ownership, operations and partnership-led growth.
