Residential scale & multifamily
Following a US property acquisition in 2011, the portfolio grew through partnership acquisitions and multifamily development. At its peak, more than 40 single-family homes were under ownership and management.
The tipping point
Strategic residential exits created capacity to broaden the work: commercial property, industrial partnerships and operating businesses across the Upper Midwest.
